My Country of Illusion (MCI) is a government in exile located somewhere
between the Earth and Moon. Occasionally the MCI junta-- subcomandantes
Barnmaster Scud and Dr. Tiki-- broadcast to Earth cryptic, encoded
messages comprised of lost signals that have been ejected from the
planetary atmosphere.
Broadcast is scheduled to be staged
holographically on the in-between frequency, sometime during a solar
storm at the High Mayhem festival.
